Our approach for Care Support Scotland was built on the principle of ‘[Them + You] x Us’ to maximise their brand visibility.
To remain the go-to supplier for homelessness, elderly and learning support care in Scotland – their recently rebranded website needed to function as both a lead generation tool for services and a recruitment hub for volunteers and staff.

Care Support Scotland is an organisation with 30+ years’ of history and a deep commitment to the communities they serve. Giving over a thousand people in Edinburgh and the Lothians the support they need to live as independently as possible each year.
However, a recent rebrand meant that they faced a significant challenge. They were starting from zero in the eyes of search engines. It required a digital overhaul to ensure that their legacy of care was not lost in the migration.
To remain the go-to supplier for homelessness, elderly and learning support care in Scotland, the Care Support Scotland rebranded website needed to function as both a lead generation tool for services and a recruitment hub for volunteers and staff.
They needed a platform and content that would attract, engage, and convert more of the right audiences across Scotland.
We began with a foundation of messaging positioning and technical SEO optimisation. This ensured that the site was not only visible but that it spoke directly to the needs and emotions of those seeking support or employment.
We then implemented a comprehensive suite of services including conversion-led UX design, content creation, and strategic link building. Social media management and PPC campaigns provided the immediate visibility needed during the sensitive rebranding period.
We treated the digital platform as a core business asset, ensuring that every content piece and technical tweak served the dual purpose of building authority and driving action.
Comparing Q4 ’25 period of growth to Q4 ’24 – overall traffic to the site increased by 116%. This was not accidental, but a targeted surge across all primary channels;
Growth did not plateau after the initial rebrand and optimisation phase. Comparing progression from the first half of 2025 to the second, momentum remained strong:
This continued improvement demonstrated that our ongoing content optimisation and technical refinements were successfully compounding over time.
“Think Bambu made the whole process easy. They guided us clearly, skipped the jargon, and always kept things moving. We’ve seen more traffic, better visibility, and now have a flexible site we can grow with. A fantastic team to work with.”
JACK RILLIE, CEO, CARE SUPPORT SCOTLAND
Our work was designed to increase brand visibility and drive customer and volunteer applications:
Care Support Scotland is now competing effectively for general care and support terms across the country, rather than relying solely on their reputation. As we look forward, the focus remains on cementing their position as the primary provider for homelessness, elderly, and learning disability support in Scotland.
We’ll continue to refine the user experience and expand their content reach so Care Support Scotland can focus on their mission of delivery – while we maintain the digital infrastructure that connects them to those in need.
